COVID-19 at the current date.
During this time of heightened concern and uncertainty, we want to assure you that the health, safety and welfare of our artists, visitors, volunteers, sponsors, partners and fellow Rotarians, remains a core value embedded in all our priorities.
We will have a dedicated team following the latest health and safety advice based on directives from government and local authorities applicable during the Art Show.
Our CovidSafe plan will help to ensure everyone’s safety and welfare throughout our Art Show, this is expected to include:
Training for our Art Show Volunteers
All our volunteers will be provided with training prior to the Art Show to enable the full implementation of our CovidSafe Plan
Our volunteers will ask visitors on arrival if they have any cold or flu like symptoms, if so they will not be given entry and will be asked to leave.
Social distancing will be encouraged throughout the Art Show in accordance with government directives.
Disinfection and Sanitation
Key touchpoints will be sanitised. Our volunteers will use recommended cleaning products and procedures to help ensure that all touched surfaces are clean and safe. All visitors will be encouraged to use sanitisers on arrival and during their visit
Face masks will be required for entry to the Art Show venues if this continues to be a government recommendation. Some face masks may be available for purchase at a nominal price
Cashless payment options will be available to help ensure safe and easy payment options for those who wish to purchase art works.
